There is hardly any wind, so at first glance it might seem that the balloons are not moving at all. They're just calmly levitating in the air. As the sun shines brightly and you would look for a cloud in the sky from east to west, the balloons look like a kind of mirage in the middle of the desert. In short, there is nothing far and wide, just greenish grass, a bright blue sky and three brightly coloured carnival balloons, which are almost unnoticeably bobbing neither too high nor too low above the ground. If it weren't for the deep greenish grass beneath the balloons, but perhaps a dry road or concrete, you might be able to see their coloured shadows - the way the sharp rays of the sun pass through the translucent coloured balloons.

But because of the omnipresent grass, the shadows of the balloons are barely visible, let alone the colour of the shadows. If a random passer-by saw the balloons, he would surely think that they have been floating around like this for a thousand years. They still more or less keep their height and don't move sideways much either. Against the sun, it looks like the sun is moving faster towards the west than the balloons, and maybe it is. More than one philosopher might argue that the balloons are racing the sun, but physicists would certainly refute that. In fact, from a physical point of view, balloons look quite uninteresting.
