The carefully restored Victoria Garden farmhouse combines an English-French-style rural atmosphere with thoughtful interior design, offering a unique setting that is ideal for film productions, TV crews, film school projects, and independent filmmakers, thanks to the wide variety of spaces.

In addition to three floors of diverse interiors, two fully equipped kitchens, a suite, and a cozy sauna, you’ll also have access to a grassy garden with a pond, a greenhouse, and fruit trees. The immediate surroundings of the farmhouse offer additional Options for outdoor filming: the nearby pond, the Beřovice Wetlands, and points of interest such as Panenský Týnec, the menhir in Klobuky, the Kounov Stone Rows, and Slánská hora.

Our facilities combine a unique character, privacy, and flexibility. This makes them suitable for a wide range of projects: from feature films to television shows and commercials, to student films, documentaries, and creative workshops.

Victoria Garden offers the option to comfortable accommodations for up to 32 crew members right on the spot.

You don't have to worry about complicated logistics, transporting people or equipment, or finding hotels in the area. With us, everything is right at your fingertips.

To ensure your utmost comfort, we also offer Option to arrange catering on-site. We work with trusted local vendors and would be happy to prepare a quote based on your preferences, dietary restrictions, or filming schedule.

Easy access, maximum privacy

Victoria Garden is located near Prague, just 30 km from the airport toward Slaný, on the outskirts of the quiet village of Hobšovice.

This way, your shoot can proceed comfortably, without interruptions, and professionally.

Convenient parking is available right next to the building. If necessary, vehicles can drive directly into the building to make it as easy as possible to transport equipment and supplies.

At Victoria Garden, our 25-person crew spent nearly three weeks shooting an independent feature film.

Thanks to the on-site accommodations, we saved hours every day that would normally be spent packing up our equipment and transporting it. That way, we could sleep in a little longer in the morning, have breakfast together, and then get right to work.

The farmhouse itself and the adjacent garden are absolutely beautiful, and the variety of spaces served as inspiration for more than one shot.

Communication with Leeda was absolutely top-notch. She always went out of her way to accommodate us, whether it was helping with planning or meeting our relatively high security requirements.
